How’s your US geography?
What city on the eastern seaboard has a downtown “Freemason District’ that is a desirable residential area that abuts a large museum dedicated to the memory of a famous Freemason from WWII. You could dock your boat at the Freemason Harbor, walk down Freemason Street and dine at Freemason Abbey.

Norfolk, VA.
The old Masonic Temple was downtown, and the street gained its name from the building. The area gained its name from the street. The museum is dedicated to Bro Douglas MacArthur, and you can see his Masonic apron displayed there. Freemason Abbey is a restaurant in the district which is built into an old stone house. You could also stay at the Freemason Inn bed & breakfast.
